TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Révolution SANTÉ is a company registered and located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. 


Révolution SANTÉ specializes in the manufacture and distribution of equipment and supplies to adapt the living environment of public and private homes but also individuals.

Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are not completely satisfied, we want to know about it and we want to make it right.


Prices

Prices are in Canadian Dollars ($ CAN).

GST/HST and Provincial Sales Taxes extra if applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Volume prices are available upon request from your sales representative and / or our customer service.

Shipping

Most orders are prepared within 2 working days subject to products availability in our warehouse. Products will not be shipped before Révolution SANTÉ received payment in full for all orders made by an individual.

Révolution SANTÉ ensures delivery of products throughout the province of Quebec, Canada and in some regions of America, upon request.

Shipping and handling

Transportation is the customer's expense. Shipping charges are determined by weight, place of delivery, order volume. Shipping charges will be specified on the invoice. Orders are shipped by the transportation service chosen by Révolution SANTÉ.

Contracts between Révolution SANTÉ and several groups of purchase and supply in Quebec’s public health induce transportation tariff exceptions which will apply in priority to the present general conditions of sale.

Order confirmation

A written voucher is required for consideration of any order. The order could be sent by ordinary mail to the address [email protected] or fax 514-866-0006.

Orders made by internet automatically generates a voucher written. Not any other written confirmation is required for an internet orders.

Exceptional telephone orders must imperatively indicate the applicant's name and contact phone numbers.

Terms

Revolution SANTÉ accepts cash payments (in store only), check (delivery only after cashing), debit (in store or by phone only), Paypal (on website revolutionsante.ca) and Visa and Mastercard.

Credit may be granted following approval of an application for a credit approval (details procedures in paragraph 'credit approval'). In this case, additional terms are net 30 days.

Penalties conditions

Orders from customers whose account is past due for 30 days will not be shipped before regularization of their account (except public sector enjoys a period of up to 60 days). $ 25.00 fee will be applied to NSF checks.

All claims must be made ??within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

All returns will be subject to 25% handling fee.

2% per month service charge will be applied to overdue accounts.

Credit card

Révolution SANTÉ accepts Visa and Mastercard for individuals. For institutions who wish to pay by credit card, any bill over $ 500 will be charged a 3% surcharge (except the initial order). If you wish to pay by credit card, please specify the number and the expiration date of the card, along with your name and billing address by completing the form provided for that purpose reclaimable from our customer service.

Security transactions on internet

For added security and protection for financial transactions conducted via the Internet, all informations related to credit cards are transmitted using the SSL protocol through a secure server.

SSL sends information to encrypt or consolidates orders and translate all of the information you enter into a highly difficult to decipher code.

Services to institutions

Orders placed with an approved purchase order will be shipped and charged to the account of the institutions responsible for payment. Make sure to indicate the item numbers, quantities and prices, as well as the billing address, shipping (if different) and telephone numbers of contact persons for any additional information needed.

Credit approval

For more information on how to open an account, please contact our customer service. We will send you a form you will have to complete to obtain credit approval and thus benefit from a period of 30 days for payments. First order must be paid by credit card in order to get a credit approval.

Exemptions of sales tax

GST / HST and provincial sales tax are added separately on the invoice. If you are tax exempt, please include a copy of your exemption certificate with your order. Exceptions apply taxes are according to law.

Satisfaction guaranteed (returns & exchanges)

Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are not completely satisfied, we want to know about it to correct the situation. Also, in this case, please contact our Customer Service to find out how to return.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise form, which clearly explains the procedure you will have to follow, and a return authorization number (RA#). All returns must include a RA#. Returns received without RA# will not be accepted .

If we sent you the wrong product, we will pay the return shipping costs. Other returns are the customer's expense.

All returns for credit are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

We issue credit, less restocking fees if applicable, once the goods received and inspected. For a credit to be issued, the goods must be returned in its original packaging , in full amount and in salable conditions. The original shipping costs are not credited.

No returns or exchanges will be made 10 days after the date of goods delivery. Any product identified as a special order (customized products and other special orders) is neither returnable nor refundable. The personal hygiene items (such as items for the bath or shower, lingerie, bedding) cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damages / loss during shipping

If the goods or boxes appear damaged, note in detail on your copy of the receipt (or invoice) and the driver, all losses or changes and ask the driver to sign the document to confirm the damage. Call Révolution SANTÉ within 72 hours maximum, to warn our services that your goods are damaged and want a return authorization number (more details above).

Changes and substitutions

The information contained in our catalog or on our website are as accurate as possible. However, Révolution SANTÉ reserves the right to add, discontinue or replace a product, if it deems appropriate, and make any other necessary changes. Any replacement product may be of equal or greater value substituted product and can be returned at no charge for credit, refund or exchange. The specifications of the items described and illustrated in our catalog are subject to change, depending on the changes of our suppliers.

Limited warranty

We repair what we sell. All our products have a warranty against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase, except for clearance items / release (which are subject to a definitive final sale). During this period, Révolution SANTÉ will repair the product upon presentation of the invoice for free. The warranty does not provide for reimbursement of transport costs and does not apply to products that have been misused or accidentally damaged.

Révolution SANTÉ no warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The warranty applies to products purchased Révolution SANTÉ and gives you rights, which vary from province to province. The terms of the Act apply.
